About Daniel
I am a Senior Underwriter in the London Market Flood Property division. The Flood business delivers a market leading product to homeowners and commercial property owners in the US which is mainly delivered through our coverholder partners. I started working at Hiscox in September 2014 as a graduate in the London Market Pricing team. I then moved out to Singapore to work for the CEO of our direct-to-consumer insurer in Asia and accelerate the growth of that business. After a short stint in our UK retail team, I returned to London Market where I spent two years working closely with our CUO delivering on new strategies and projects which included the launch of our ESG sub-syndicate, “ESG 3033”. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA).
Outside of work I enjoy travelling the world to go scuba diving - a great hobby I picked up when living in Asia.
