About Jenny
I joined Hiscox in 2019, having spent the majority of my HR career in the luxury retail industry. I have had the pleasure of supporting the London Market business area since then, and in July 2023 had the opportunity to step into the role of People Director. I love my role as I get to experience all the different aspects of our business, supporting everything from our talent acquisition and development strategies, to engagement and recognition initiatives.
Outside of work most of my time is spent with friends and family, exploring new and different parts of the world as much as I can.
