About Pia
I joined Hiscox in November 2023 as an Underwriter within the London Market Flood Property Division. As the main source of distribution for Hiscox FloodPlus is delivered through US Coverholder partners, my role involves monitoring the binding authority contracts in place and looking for new business development opportunities. Day to day I also underwrite both residential and commercial risks within the US.
After starting my career in Finance, I moved into Insurance in 2022 as an Analyst for an Australian MGA that provided specialised underwriting and automated service platforms. Mid 2023 I made the long trip over from Sydney to London and I am very excited to continue my insurance career within the Hiscox London Market.
Having moved to London with many amazing places only a short flight or drive away, my weekends and spare time are spent travelling to new places.
