About Luella
I joined Hiscox as a Trainee Claims Associate for the London Market Claims Centre in October 2023, helping to kick start my career in the insurance industry. As part of my role, I spend three months in each class of business to learn how best to respond from to claims from each class. So far, I have completed my first rotation for MES and am currently halfway through my Property rotation, before I move to Casualty and Crisis Management at the end of this year. The LMCC have provided such a unique role to learn about how the whole insurance market works, without restricting myself to one class of business at the very early stages of my insurance career.
