About Sean

I started my career at John Lewis working across stores and buying and merchandising before joining the business change team for a planning and forecasting transformation programme. From there, I developed my change and project management skills across Supply Chain and Retail Operations working on projects covering operating model development, centralisation and customer experience. After some time at Capgemini Consulting as a retail digital transformation specialist working with several large retailers including Tesco, Homebase and Burberry, I returned to working directly for retailers. Firstly leading the Operations Development team for Monsoon Accessorize and subsequently Burberry, focussing on the challenges facing complex international businesses of how to make things better for the customer yet quicker and cheaper for the bottom line. I love getting to grips with how a company works and helping to make things easier for us and the customer while generating excellent value for both. Outside of work, my main passion is theatre - both watching and partaking. I go to the theatre two or three times a month and am chairman of Wimbledon Light Opera Society, a local musical theatre group where I both perform in and produce shows.
