About Holly
I joined Hiscox in 2020 and currently lead the Crisis Management Pricing team within Hiscox London Market. My journey began in the Reserving team, where I focused on London Market and Group reserves, before stepping into my current role as Head of Pricing for Crisis Management in 2024.
Prior to joining Hiscox, I worked in actuarial consultancy and at another Lloyd’s syndicate, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2018.
In my current role, I oversee pricing across a diverse portfolio that includes Kidnap and Ransom, Personal Accident, Product Recall, Terrorism, and Fine Art. My team supports underwriting through the development and maintenance of robust technical pricing models, case pricing, exposure management, and performance analysis. I also play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, driving business planning, and monitoring performance across all Crisis Management lines.
