About Christopher
I am the Senior Flood Underwriter within the London Market Property division at Hiscox. My role involves managing US flood binding authority contracts while also identifying new distribution channels and underwriting partners. Alongside this I manually underwrite flood risks that fall outside of FloodPlus and our binding authorities. I began my insurance career in 2016 as an underwriting assistant at Chubb Global Markets, where I focused on US private flood and gained experience with Auto, Real Estate Owned, Mortgage Impairment, and Lender Placed Binding Authorities. I joined Hiscox in August 2025 to be part of the US Flood team. I am also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and hold the Diploma.
