About Kevin
I started as an Operations Technician in 2019 and subsequently was promoted as a Claims Handler in April 2021. My first experience with the insurance industry was when I started at Hiscox, before that I worked in the public sector. My day to day responsibilities include handling K&R and Fine Art claims and maintaining the relationships we have with stakeholders. I am actively pursuing courses through the Chartered Insurance Institute as a registered member and have recently obtained the certificate level.
In my free time I enjoy staying physically active by running and pursue creative outlets such as writing and painting. Also, I enjoy a good Netflix binge.
