About Sarah
I joined Hiscox in 2019 as part of the Group Retail Reserving team, before moving into London Market Pricing in 2021. I’ve held my current role as Head of Casualty Pricing since 2024.
Prior to joining Hiscox, I worked in consultancy, supporting clients across a range of Reserving and Capital projects. My experience spans regulatory, strategic, and technical challenges, with a focus on delivering actuarial insight to drive decision-making.
At Hiscox, I lead the pricing function for our Casualty lines, which include Directors and Officers, General Liability, and Cyber. I work closely with underwriting, actuarial, and finance teams to develop and maintain robust pricing models, support case pricing, and ensure alignment across functions to deliver profitable growth.
