I am a Senior Claims Underwriter within the London Market, Crisis Management team. My primary focus is the handling of the Kidnap and Ransom and Security Incident Response claim portfolios, on policies underwritten by our global underwriting teams. I work closely with our exclusive response providers, Control Risks, and liaise directly with all our brokers and external stakeholders on all claims related issues.
