About Nicky
I joined Hiscox in October 2020 and work in the First Party Claims Team with Peter Parsons as my manager. My role involves handling binder and open market claims. I have worked in insurance since 2003, with experience in both broking and claims (including claim handling as a 3rd party administrator for the Hiscox 505 household product).
