About Tracy
I am a Claims Underwriter for Hiscox Guernsey and handle claims from all classes of business written by HIG. I joined Hiscox in Guernsey on a part-time basis in June 2023 and then on a full-time basis from September 2023. Prior to moving to Guernsey, I worked as a Field Manager for an international education franchise business which afforded me the opportunity to work closely with different stakeholders with the aim of continuously improving service quality and business development, developing skills which I believe are key to efficient, effective, and empathetic claims handling.
